Horrendous

Bought a Peugeot 308 with warranty cat broke down within the 1st month took to a garage to be repaired but wouldn't pay out so we paid out of our own pocket. A few weeks later car broke down again as expected wouldn't pay out so we paid again we phoned car max numerous of times ignored the calls.. love and behold the car broke down again phoned warranty to see why they wasn't paying out only to be told car max had cancelled the warranty tried phoning them again as expected no answer we got intouch with trade and standards did as they advised wrote a letter giving 7 days to reply and the ignored it so it's now in the hands of trade and standards.. should if known this as in the having there was no cover in the boot to be told they would be phoning us when in came in stock 10 months later still not arrived so we ended buying our own.. never ever would I recommend these to anyone.. car max you are a disgrace and a totally rip off Avoid Carmax Northern.
