Worst customer service

I went with my car (with Porsche warranty) to get it checked by the Porsche Centre East London. It had a rattling noise coming from the timing chain and was told that is normal on these cars. I don't understand how Porsche can come with such a poor answer when it is clearly a timing chain or tensioner issue.
