Absolutely Terrible Customer Service
Having been in the showroom when the Sales Manager at Drayton Motors in Boston refused to honor the free service which had been promised to the buyer of one of their pre-owned cars I can only express my disgust at the way they treat buyers. He was not only abusive but called her a liar in front of customers. Needless to say I left. I trust that the service she was forced to pay for will cover the profit which they have lost on the Sportage I had gone in to discuss purchasing. I shall take my custom elsewhere and wild horses would not drag me in to Drayton Motors again - they should be ashamed of themselves. NB If I could award zero stars I would.
