Bad service- website says family owned

I had work done at the Family Car Centre after mot fail .had problem months later only to be told work had never been done. was told that the garage was still trading under the same name but under new ownership..had to pay for work again to make car safe..if you choose to use this company be very careful...next step going to seek legal advise.
