Daylight Robbery

I ordered a part worth over £400, the mechanic had to open the box to check the part, the part was ok but was not needed in the end. I took it back to Honda who refused to accept it back because the box has been opened -Pathetic. I would never buy a part from Reading Honda again, the staff had to keep asking each other for advise,then just kept contradicting each other-they were making up there policies as they went along not professional at all. I will be taking legal action.
