I took the car back two days after I got it to my local branch and the manager said you never bought it from me and made a joke about it. I then took the car to the paisley branch which could not give me a loan car one month latter the car went back to Ayr 30 miles away and sat there for a week when I called them they advised the car was ready when I went down to collect it nothing had been done and the service manager talked to me like I was an idiot, when I pointed out what they had not done one week later returned and they had lost my key fob and glued the sun roof seal on rather than re fitting came off a week latter still waiting for my £130 for temp insurance an fuel refund
