Terrible After Sales service !!!

Be Aware pf Town Autos! I bought Passat 2.0 TDI Bluemotion 62 plate on the test drive 40mph was fine. as soon as I hit the motorway the car keeps on pulling to the left witch is odd for a recent car like that and I have find out the driver's airbag is exposed. I have contacted Town Autos after 4 days of the purchase to see what we can do about this and I can not believe how Terrible the person who spoke to me stating they are busy this weekend and can not check it and I have to bring it during the week or to wait for next weekend. I can not describe enough how rude they are telling me this is not a complaint line and if i am not happy to send an email. I called again, another rude person offered me £20 for tracking in a sarcastic way laughing at me saying if I contacted AA they will laugh. There are enough reviews on the internet confirming the same experience but it is my mistake that I read only the reviews on here. I will be liaising this matter with AA. I hope this review helps future buyers!!!
