Excellent car and great customer service

I am only just getting around to writing this review 9 months after purchasing my BMW 435d M Sport from Neil at Select Motor Trading, in Warrington. This delay is only due to my own disorganisation! However, I always intended to write a positive review because the level of service that Select provided me with when purchasing the vehicle was outstanding. Neil went out of his way to ensure that I was comfortable with the product I was buying - especially as I live 200+ miles south of Warrington and would be travelling a very long distance to see the car in the flesh for the first time. Hence needing to be comfortable before making that journey. Neil sent me detailed videos of the vehicle and was happy to have several conversations with me on the phone, to ensure that I was well-informed about the vehicle I was buying. When I arrived, I was met by an expert in customer service in Neil and a very professional premises in Select Motor Trading. It also helped that the product Select were selling - my beloved BMW 435d M Sport - was also outstanding! Neil spent a lot of time with me, testing driving the car, going over all it's features and generally ensuring that all aspects of the car were covered. Once the transaction was complete, Neil even took care of processing the car tax for me, as he recognised the process had recently changed and he was familiar with how to do this step - which was very helpful. In summary, I could not have wished for a better experience in buying a used prestige car from a dealer. 9 months on from the transaction and I still feel the same... the service, the product and the personnel at Select Motor Trading are all outstanding. 5 star treatment, with 5 star cars.
