Very poor

I will never take my car from Bristol Street Renault in Gloucester again, they done a service on my new vehicle left tools in the engine compartment and also pulled paint of my bonnet. Phoned them over the course of a week left 17 messages which not one of them was replied too,eventually got a date for them to spray the bonnet took it down on the Monday morning they phoned me on the Tuesday afternoon to tell me they are fully booked 2 days work lost and car still not done.
