Absolute Let Down
We contacted Classic Cars on Friday evening, to arrange to buy an Audi TT. We had an extremely quick response, and arranged to drive up and collect the car the next day, arriving between 12-1pm. We text and emailed the dealer to advise we would be on our way and the time of arrival, as we were travelling 88 miles from Brighton to buy the car. We had absolutely no response, despite the contact we had made. We pulled up outside the showroom, and as we did so, an email came through to state that the car had now been sold! My partner went into the showroom, and asked what was going on, to simply be told it had sold. Absolutely appalling service, with no regard to not only the waste in cost of fuel, but also the waste in time.
