Customer service null and void after a two hour journey to visit car superstore. Despicable customer service and greeting. Told to look at it and find it ourselves In amongst 100 cars. Filthy condition not even got ready as enquired at 10.00 this am to view it at 17.00 tonight. That's 7 hrs and not even ready. The whole presentation of the garage arrogant customer staff disgusting state of car to view. Really and on top of it all trapped us in car park whilst they were parking their cars up. When they saw we were ready to leave and no courtesy whatsoever to let their potential customers to leave this site. I'd be surprised with how degrading and disgusting this garage is with no presentation or cleanness whatsoever that any car sales are made at all. As for warranty and any service or promises made to customers as no reviews just about sums Humberstone Lane Motors up completely as well. So stay well clear if this car sales superstore.
