After going to a few main dealers looking for a new car and ending up being scared off by their pushy sales techniques and condescending attitude. The experience I had at SJN Motors was quite the opposite and their customer service is more than you could hope for. I arrived (without appointment) to look at a little fiesta and the sales manager was really friendly and answered all my questions. I was then allowed to have a proper look around the car on my own to work out if it was the one for me. There were a few little scratches on it and a few things missing (parcel shelf, car mats etc) which when I asked about was quickly resolved as I was told all that would be fixed by the time I pick it up. When I did come to pick it up I was not disappointed, in fact it looked like a new car. The sales manager was busy at the time I came in to pay for it but another lovely sales assistant took me through the process of buying the car, taxing the car etc and was really informative and helpful. I'm really pleased with my new car and the experience I had at SJN Motors was 100 times better than any of the other dealerships I had been to. Knowing I have 12 months warranty is also really reassuring. To top it off they emailed me a couple of days after to make sure all was ok and to let me know if I needed anything just to call them. Really great customer service, thank you.
