Good customer service after arranging delivery of car from another Quicks dealership, no hard selling. Fault noted with car upon viewing that I was assured would be sorted upon collection. It was clearly not so had to take the car back at a later date at inconvenience to myself. However, staff there very helpful. Would have been nice to have a bit of a follow-up or after sales service especially as there was a problem but I assume this is not in their procedures. However, I would still buy a car from them in the future.
