Didnt get agreed deposit back!

Peter is a very smooth talking man.He agreed to give me £250 of the £300 deposit I placed on a van back if I couldn't find the money for a it in time. 'Not a problem' he said. He then proceeded to squeeze another £50 off it for his 'costs' including a MOT he says he took out on the van for my benefit( something I never asked for) which, upon checking online was never done. My gut instinct tells me he was desperate to get rid of a poor vehicle. Avoid Car and Van Sales in Leicester if you can!
