Please do not buy from Torque Cars

PLEASE SHARE!!Hi all I bought this car through finance and paid 400 pound deposit i bought it at Torque Cars Cheadle Hulme Cheshire when I was driving the car home I realised the cruise control wasn't working so the next working day I phoned the garage to tell them they said to bring the car back they would look at so we made a appointment but due to work I couldn't get there and I told them I'd be up Friday in the mean time I noticed the breaks where squealing so I asked a mechanic to have a look and he said the break pads and discs where very bad and needed replacing straight away at the same time the Bluetooth system stopped working but started working again the next day and the audio system was going on and off so I wasn't happy with all the problems so I rang torque cars and told them I wasn't happy with the quality of the car and I would return it which was my right within 30 days and my deposit returned but they refused even though trading standards said it was my right so I brought the car back and there was about 6 staff in the office and I said could I speak to the boss or the owner but they would not tell me who this was and they said they won't return the deposit they said I could leave the car and they would look into giving me my deposit I wasn't happy so I left the car but refused to give them the keys or the paperwork then at this point they started shouting at me and threatening me that I would be sorry if I left the car I did leave the car but still have not got my deposit.the guy in the video started insulting me saying I had mental problems fucking right I do over 400 pound.any of my friends in uk please share this status for me so that torque cars and there director Zishan ANJUM TORQUE CARS LTD don't get away with this and I get my deposit back.ive been told they have done this a few times.all my friends specially in uk please share.
