A bad experience with Burbage Motors
November 2015 I bought a Mini Cooper from Burbage Motor Company. The car came with a 2 year extended warranty. At the time Burbage didn't have the MOT certificate or the V5 log book but I was assured they'd be sent in the post within 6 weeks. Over the next 6 months I got excuses as to why I hadn't received the V5 or Mot certificate. 3 months later my mini broke down. I contact the warranty company who told me they had no record of my vehicle or of my warranty reference number. Basically the warranty I was sold was a fake. I then call burbage motors and speak to Jason Bayliss. Bayliss initially denied having any knowledge of selling the car to me until I sent him a copy off my receipt. Bayliss said he'd contact his colleague (Anthony Clarke) and then get back to me about the warranty. To date I've still not received a call from Jason or Anthony. I've still not received my V5 or MOT certificate and I had to pay for the repairs to my vehicle out of my own pocket. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU'RE PREPARED TO TAKE THEM TO COURT.
