Absolutely perfect, exactly what I would expect from a Dealer. Yes you pay a little more, but the peace of mind is there, and the Honda Civic I now have is amazing. Stereo stopped working in the 1st two weeks, so was given a free courtesy car, free replacement under warranty and no problems at all. Was also recommended an approved Honda dealership to service it, also superb, and not overly expensive. Always ready to help and I will definitely be using them again.
