Booking a car repair - ridiculous service
My Dodge has developed a misfire on warming - up. They are a Dodge main dealer went in today (6th April) to book a slot for them to have look at the problem. Answer received - sorry we have no one available to look at your vehicle until the 24th April. Question - what if I break down ? - sorry sir then you will be without a car for 3 weeks. Summary - sorry Beechdale Motor Group but as a MAIN dealer you are not fit for purpose!
