Disgusting and disrespectful staff

I had to change my vehicle CVTF oil I went to Ruislip Honda took all relevant documents after while an Asian member of staff came and called me and advised me to change brake pads and disk as it's below the level I could not make a decision as the vehicle was a company car so I have to ask my boss and I was not the one driving this vehicle. I went back to my seat and reading news paper I could hear that Asian man with the turban telling his friend next to him in punjabis how my vehicle condition is and making jokes and looking at me and smiling I was so embarrassed and couldn't wait there anymore so disgusting service I received.
