UPSET CUSTOMER

I am very upset with a car i purchased from Evolution Cars in Cardiff within the last 6 months. I noticed my tyre had worn so went to a local garage to get it changed to know that the locking nut was missing. Evo tyres have advised it was on noted on the report that the locking nut was in the glove box but having not used the glove box im am certain its never been there. I called the garage on a Saturday to explain the locking but being missing and within the day of the call back i had a puncture with my nephew in the car to find out there was no spare tyre or no foam to get me to a garage or to a safe place. My car has been off the road for 2 weeks having being speaking to Citroen to get a quote replacement locking nut, part mart to get the nut off but finally a local garage has drilled the locking nuts off today only to advise me the nuts were in a shocking state, The 2 nuts were already off the back and the front were so rounded and rusted i would have had issues with them anyway. I bought the car only 4 years old and i have never been so upset over buying a car which has been a headache to simply change a tyre! Evo cars were happy to apologize but also happy to point the finger back at me that the spare tyre kit isnt a MOT requirement and being a 25 year old female with a 4 year old nephew stuck on a dual carriageway and a car off the road for 2 weeks is very frustrating!
