Avoid this place

I wish I had seen these reviews about Driveline Sports and Performance before I bought my car from them! The salesman assured us that if we had any problems within 28 days he would be happy to take the car back. Realised on the 20th day the they had clocked the mileage. Bought the car at 15,000 miles, previous service history shows it at 16,000 miles. God know how many miles the car has really done. Since confronting them they avoid our calls! I was wondering if anyone has had any success in taking them to court?
