Inadequate service

Phoned and booked into KAP Brighton to get my lights looked at as having problems. Got a diagnostics done and told all fixed £330 later. Driving home got a warning my rear brake light was not working living 1hr away I checked as quick as I could to find my rear left brake light not working. I paid for a diagnostics to diagnose the problems. After wasting fuel to get there and back as it's the nearest Peugeot garage. I call them to try and get the problem rectified to be told they are too busy to deal with me and I'll have to call back. I feel the service was shocking to say the least especially the lack of customer service or trying to a problem rectified that should have been done at the start. I hope when I call tomorrow the service will improve suffice to say I guess I'll have to travel further in future to get my car looked at.
