Overall positive experience but there are a few issues that gave me pause when I was considering recommending or not. I was assured the car had been serviced and MOT'd by Auto 2000 and only found out when I had to replace a tyre several months later that the wrong size tyre a had been fitted to the front with one bigger than the other which can have gearbox implications and is not entirely safe. The brakes were also severely worn down and I'm not sure how the statement "recently serviced" could be justified. Secondly I had to proactively chase constantly about the second set if keys, many if my initial follow up calls went without the promised return call only to end up eventually with a "well we never had it" response. Nothing personal against Danny and Scott, I found my dream car there and they're a couple if good guys but a greater customer centered focus around all the details, good or bad, would serve them well. It was more through omission than malicious intent I'm sure.
