Disappointed,without prejudice

i bought a second hand car from L C H Cars,nice looking car,asssure i would have many years trouble free motoring,but after 3 weeks,faults started to become apparent,contacted dealer and was told to contact warranty company, (dealer gave me 3 months but i paid for 12 months )i did and they said it was wear and tear,was i mis-sold this ?,after 3 months of negotiation,was told by dealer to return car,money back,less the time i had it and the use of,after consideration,given what i had been told,the cost of its return ( around 250 miles away )return journey home by public transport (round trip around 7 hours )was not viable,outcome,small amount of money back,decided to put it down to a very bad experience,never again.
