How is this place is still in business.....

I travelled from Inverness on the 29th December 2016, via taxi, plane, train and foot to pick up a BMW edition M Sport, after viewing online and speaking in depth with Cars Centre Ltd and the company I was working with to get a new car. All seemed well. Until I picked it up. The drive 640 miles home, was for the best part faultless. Having researched the car model, I saw that the wheels were staggered fitment, meaning the 225/40/18 tyres fitted to the rear were wrong, when they should have been 255/35/18! Approx 2 weeks after owning the car, it developed a serious misfire on various cylinders. The car was due into the BMW dealer here for a recall, and as arranged with the original seller, a full inspection and diagnostic check was carried out. The results were alarming, cracked brake discs, failing calipers, incorrect coilpacks, failing injectors, incorrect tyres. After a lot of to and fro with the dealer, they eventually agreed to pay £300 for repairs (including a very loud argument with the woman at the BMW garage!) The money paid replaced the spark plugs and coil packs, still no change. I have now been fighting to get this resolved, at my health expense, for nearly 3 months, and only now, after a full vehicle engineering inspection and report, the garage are getting the car back, and the search for another car will begin. This dealer are the single biggest cowboys I have ever seen, and should not be anywhere near a car. They are a disgrace to honest car dealers (yes I do believe there are some!) and I feel completely let down. Avoid the Cars Centre Ltd at all costs!
