HONDA Ashford - Disappointing
My new Honda HRV was delivered last week with incorrect number plates & a faulty seat. Within an hour of delivery I had to visit my local dealer to have the correct plates put on & arrange for a new seat under warranty. Not what you expect to have to do with a brand new car. Even though I was assured the car had been thoroughly checked beforehand, it obviously wasn't. I have spoken to the branch manager who has since apologised. Was not going to leave a review but on reflection I have to say how disappointed I am with Honda at Ashford.
