Had a long wait at the hand over stage as a fault with the car was being rectified. These things happen. The fault was still there after it was supposedly fixed. Ok, i can live with that. After sales care at Stratstone Harrogate call asked if all was ok but failed to do anything about the fault and didnt follow up to sort after promising they would. Starting to get a bit hacked off in a restrained manner as i don't kick off about the little things in life!! Customer satisfaction guys shouldn't bother ringing if all they want to here is good news. They should deal with any issues raised. Anyway, still got the fault. Nobody died, my life isn't in tatters and I've got a nice car with a minor fault. That's probably quite a good result in todays world. Staff were pleasant, car is good despite the minor fault. Big reputable group so would buy again but brushing up on stuff like this would make a better experience for the customer. Thanks to everyone at the dealership as you seem like good guys and stuff like this happens. Tell the after sales guys to get a grip though.
