Exceptional service

I had a problem with my new BMW 7 series. Because of the nature of the problem and as I was in the middle of a journey away from home, Spires BMW Stirling Corner advised me to call BMW Emergency Services who sent me, within a short time, an expert service technician who performed several checks the car and decided that I should bring it the next morning to Spire for service, and get the car in without waiting for a future appointment. He also arranged a replacement car of the same level as mine. When I arrived the next morning in Spire Sterling Corner, Mr David Coleman, the service manager, dealt quickly with my car going into service and the job was completed the morning of the following day, the car being repaired and cleaned in a perfect state. Rarely today you see such professional and fast service!
