Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere
Had a terrible experience buying an XE from Lancaster Jaguar in Reading. Initial salesperson was clueless and didn't listen to our requirements. They messed up quotes, never called/emailed back when they said they would and we repeatedly had to question and correct missing items and prices on the order. We were then transferred to a different salesperson who didn't bother sorting out the mess and still caused complete confusion right up to the hand over of the car. It turned out the Service Plan wasn't correctly ordered, despite us repeatedly asking. A month after picking up the car we were told we had to pay an additional £475 for the plan, despite the mistake being totally their fault. Avoid Lancaster Jaguar at all costs.
