Awful experience. They are called Kars Online now but don't know what their name will be in the future. They try to secure a deal without ensuring their customers are 100% happy. Waited ages to get a refund on a car that wasn't even checked before being put on the market. Trading standards got involved and threat of court before they released refund. Awful customer service... Never answer their phone or email and if you do not know your rights, they will do whatever it takes to hold on to the money. Owners of the dealership on BENSON STREET LEICESTER are the ones to watch out for. You have been warned! Shame there is not anything less than a star rating!
