Devastated!!

I don’t believe in bad reviews, as I’ve always recognised that no business is flawless. But after today I wouldn’t want anyone to end up as heartbroken as I am right now. 19 weeks ago I bought my car from Leckwith Motor Company, which has been driven locally therefore I’ve done just over 2500 miles. After the car started shaking so I arranged a service, the mechanic said he was shocked that the car had only done 50,000. This didn’t resolve the issue so I took it to the garage to investigate. The head gasket has gone so I spoke to the Leckwith Motors who told me that I would need to arrange to have the car towed up there for them to investigate and they would only cover the repair’s if I could prove it was there upon purchase 4 months and one week previous. I explained that I could not afford to have the car towed up there and back if they found themselves not liable as I had to fork out for a hire car to get to and from work. They have not responded with a solution to this day. Today after a family friend mechanic repaired the head gasket for a small labour cost he gave me the bad news that the head of the engine has a fracture. I’m devastated sat in tears as a single working parent that I have a car on finance from Leckwith Motors that should never have been sold in such a state. But unless I continue to scrap the money together to replace the engine then I can not get to work.
