Appalling service

Toyota Hointon have no concept of time or other commitments a customer might have. Agreed to pick up my garden tractor 10 from Toyota Hointon, am still hadn't at 12:45. No apology - didn't seem to care. When I called at 12:45 (2nd time) said would ring me back. I said would have to call me back within 10 mins or I would cancel. He just said "might as well do that then" and put phone down.
