New car

i had conflicting information from staff at Hendy Group Chichester Ford... constant lies. i have to contact them for updates or there would be no communications at all. every week i contact them and when they get back to me, i get fobbed off with any rubbish. i have become very unwell and stressed out dealing with this company and will never return to them. i brought a new car from citroen 8 years ago, they gave me a date the car would be ready and sure enough the car was ready on that day and i drove away in a new car. i am very unhappy and poorly now also severely stressed. i have an autistic son too, so the stress caused by this company has made things very difficult still no car a month later.
