Over priced and arrogant

Went to Regal Carriage Company with my father in law ... the car was by far the most expensive and I urged him not to entertain it .. but as he is very elderly his main concern was to deal with his local dealer as convenience is paramount concern .... however the terrible service allowed us to find another car and save a fortune ... thank god.
