Sold a shocker of a car

Car was sold to me with the the handbrake obviously very loose. Stevenage Motor Centre tightened it but was at my inconvenience. 5 weeks later they have the car back again for two weeks as the gearbox needed replacing. It was making a loud noise, again Would of been obvious to them. But the salesman tried to say it's quieter than other diesels. Neither is covered under the warranty that they provide through a private company but it is clearly not fair wear and tear so the dealership is fixing it via the partner garage but Not Confident it's going. To be done at a high standard and what else will go wrong??
