BMW Z4 from M Cars

Had a full inspection carried out by the RAC on a BMW Z4 M grey (YC07 X**). RAC report come back with numerous issues including previous accident to the front. Vehicle was not safe to test drive by RAC mechanic as per report. Asked for a full refund from M Cars as car was misdescribed but told to clear off.
