Superb service could not fault

I bought a Renault Clio Esprit from MSL Trade Centre 2 weeks ago. I spotted the car for sale in Auto Trader. I viewed the car the next day. I was very impressed by the customer service and professional approach by Pete the owner. The cars were all immaculate in pristine condition. Pete took me for a test drive the car was very smooth. Pete did not do any hard sell. He was very knowledgable and told me he had 32 years experience in the trade. I asked if he would take my car in part exchange he agreed then took my car for a test drive the clutch had gone Pete advised me that the engine could have blown up at any time which was rather sobering as I do a lot of motorway driving. I ended up buying the Renault despite it being 7 years old it was as new and had loads of top end features. Pete made the transaction process very easy and also provided excellent coffee in an immaculate office with comfortable sofas and prints of lamborghinis etc on the walls. I used to be a mystery shopper and would give MSL 10/10. I drove the car to Devon the next day and was very happy it was smooth, economical and a pleasure to drive. I would highly recommend Pete. What I noticed while I was there Pete had 2 previous customers coming back to buy cars off him which speaks for itself happy customers returning to buy another car from a dealer they can totally trust.
