Terrible. Please avoid. We bought a car on the 20th Feb 2017 from the address at Glade House, Tidmarsh Lane, Reading RG8 8HG, on the agreement that the service history paperwork would be emailed through. After 3 weeks of calling, emailing (probably a fake address) and excuses, there is still no paperwork. After several calls he got aggressive and threatened the use of his dog if I came to see him. I've contacted the Police about this and they have given me a URN number. I've also contacted Trading Standards, Citizens Advice, and Autotrader customer services, and I have been given the advice that I can return the vehicle within 30 days. However, when I called him about this, he said 'I will write it in blood now that you will not get your money back'. This is recorded. The guy is an aggressive fraud. Avoid. The office address is Litton House, Saville Rd, Peterborough, PE3 7PR, where dozens of other businesses are registered.
