Honestly couldn't say how good they are at fixing cars as I have had service appointments miss booked by them on two occasions now. I took a day off work to bring my car in, which has a dangerous re-occurring and frustrating engine management issue only to be be told they couldn't fix it.They did absolutely nothing to help and I am extremely disappointed and hacked off that I still have to drive a car that cuts out for no apparent reason and that I have to wait another two weeks before they can deign to look at it again. Utterly pathetic from Eden Basingstoke.
