Very Poor

Only ordered a couple of parts from Motorlux Mazda because I could find the bits I needed online.Ordered over the phone ,a week later no phone call (as promised)to say the parts had arrived.Im now in the showroom told to stand by the door and someone will see to me. That was 20 minutes ago. I'm only writing this because I'm so bored and I hate poor service .Its not even busy. They were quick enough to take the payment. 25 min and counting. 2 parts I'm here for 2 parts. 30min. Boom Got it after 40 minutes. Unbelievable
