** AVOID JOHNSON SLOUGH HONDA ** Roy Cheeseman services manager is a joke.. I took my car there as i had issues with my car heating and i informed them there was issues with the radiator. This was confirmed by Crown Honda. Since i have been to Johnson Honda in Slough i have had problems with the heating again and they don't seem to care.. I spoke to the retail manager in Slough Johnson Honda and advised him to sent me a email with his area manager and general manager he said he was with a customer.. I said can you do it after 6pm.. He said no he can't.. He don't get paid after 6pm.. I have been waiting for a called back from Roy Cheeseman all day a staff member has confirmed that Roy has seen the message. Therefore Roy is avoiding me as he knows they are in the wrong! If you go into the showroom everyone is on their mobile phones. I have never had any problems at Bedford Honda, Hendon Honda, Southall Honda..Don't go to slough! Management need training!
