Wishy washy

Have been twice to Silvers Cars at Pontefract, both times I have specified which car I wanted and both times they failed to contact me. Fair enough if they couldn't find the cars I wanted they could have kept in contact with me to say they were still trying to locate the cars, but I had no feedback what so ever. I am a driving instructor, had they been more attentive I may have bought all my cars from them. One of my pupils said that they had got a car from them and said that it was always in for repair and had to fight for a replacement car. How they manage to make any money I will never know.
