Booked car in for mot great it passed, had the complimentary valet! Never again the valet guys at Oxford Lexus did not treat my car with respect I saw them driving my car in a way they shouldn't playing games with each other accelerating hard etc!! It was only later that I noticed light scratches on the o s f wing which were not there before so not used wing covers during mot test I'm guessing! probably not used seat covers! Personal I would never use Lexus botley rd Oxford ever again unacceptable service by any garage least of all a Lexus dealer!!! Car was an rx 450.
