Previous user was right. How can they be still in business? I would say do NOT buy a car from them ever. Bought a Mercedes A-class from them. Advisory on MOT has been hidden under V51 what was stapled over it and had been handed over in a bunch of documents (tyre parished - it is 8 yrs old tyre on ONE of the wheels). Pre-sale checks surely have not been done as the aircon was not working yet it was advertised it has aircon. Details of the so called warranty has not been explained nor it geographical scope. After some phone calls they agreed to fix aircon, we left the car with them what they took to some garage to fix it. The garage broke the latch of the bonnet, they do not want to pay for it (£30 part it is). Dealer said if we want take them to court, they don't want to listen to our complaint, they will not pay a penny. He said how dare we are asking him to fix anything else on the car when the aircon cost him so much, what are we thinking and how ridiculous we are.
