Fantastic Experience

I am a single woman and prior to purchasing my new car from here I had been looking at cars from other companies, and have at times felt intimidated by the sales staff. At Infinity Cars I was impressed from the offset being greeted by a very welcoming, friendly salesman. I am a retail manager by trade and feel I have enough experience to comment on the customer experience given throughout and am able to recommend with confidence. The salesperson I was dealing with was very knowledgeable and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I had even mentioned in conversation I’d never learnt how to change a tyre, the salesman that same day spent extra time with me to show me, which I feel was incredibly kind. I’d made a few visits whilst deciding which car I’d like and they were incredibly accommodating and I felt valued as a customer. I’m very happy with the purchase of my new car, thank you.
