Outstandingly helpful service

Recently purchased a Skoda Citigo for my mother in law from Ellis Cars in Castleford. Being that I live 320 miles from Ellis cars in Castleford viewing was rather a daunting prospect. However the photographs and conversations I had with them assured me it was the right car. There were no rear parking sensors fitted but this was no problems to them as they outsourced fitting, carried out a service and put a new MOT on car even though there was 7 months remaining on existing one. They agreed to delivery car to me 320 miles away for a very reasonable cost and true to their word it arrived a couple of days later and was every bit as good as described. I did not even have to pay for car until I had seen it and was happy which of course I was and paid for it over the phone. There was a 3 month in house warranty but due to distance I was told any problems and it could be sorted locally to me. No problems have arisen as yet and my Mother in law is delighted with her Citigo. So a big thank you Howard and staff at Ellis cars for an outstanding service and for Howard walking around car whilst on phone to me and giving in depth and honest opinion of condition and for all their help in a speedy and stress free deal.
