I recently purchased a New Amarok from Breeze Van Centre in Poole and I found that the customer contact was very poor with me chasing them all the time. They would never contact me to inform me of an update of the vehicle, I had to chase them all the time. Eventually it was delivered at the end of the day, they hand the keys over I signed for it and they went with no explanation of how the new features worked. I ordered it with car matts and they only supplied the front ones I asked about the back ones and they said we must of forgot!. I then drove it home and a warning light came up. I notified them of this and had no response till I had to chase them, 5 days later still no resolution.
