The best thing about MKG3000 is the personnel. Lovely people to deal with: friendly, courteous, always attentive and helpful. I still remember the gentle James Maxfield (the M of MKG), who sold me my first Mazda years ago and congratulated me on my part-exchange! And of course the lively and much missed Stefan Kadlubowski (the K of MKG). So different one from the other, yet they made a really effective business partnership. The rest of the staff are just as dedicated and cheerful. Attention to detail with a sense of humour. I've owned well over twenty cars of more makes than I can remember, and Mazda have proved to be the best vehicles for reliability and MKG3000 the best dealer for sales and service. I'm just into my fifth Mazda, and if they make hearses I hope to be driven in one to my resting place. My last Mazda was a CX5 diesel, and I got an average of 57.4 mpg over three years of usage. And the part-exchange allowance when I traded it in at MKG was more than £2000 above what internet car-buyers offered me. That sort of dealership is worth sticking to.
