Disappointing - rude and unhelpful.

This dealer states on their website "At David James Cars we can also offer you an extensive range of services and extras meaning that you can buy your used car with confidence and peace of mind." Alas this is not true, I called to enquire about an advertised car and to follow up on some questions that hadn't been answered in my initial query email. One question was 'how did the car come to be for sale with you, from a Kia dealership or direct from previous owner?' I was shocked to be told "you asked that in your email and the reason I didn't answer is because where we get our cars from is our business" if they can't answer a simple question about the cars history I don't want to buy a car from David James Cars - not recommended.
