Brilliant car - very poor after service

Waited 4 months before we got our warranty pack from Woodland Carriage Company, had to ring about 12 times to remind them. Was waiting for centre caps for our Audi A5 which they told us had been ordered - 6 months later still waiting - numerous phone calls to them and they just made excuse upon excuse - not impressed.
